This policy is designed to indemnify the insured against liability under the Workmen’s Compensation Ordinance and Common Law for death, bodily injury, or illness sustained by insured employees arising out of and during the course of their employment. Additionally, the policy covers all legal costs and expenses incurred with the insurer’s consent, up to the policy’s limit of indemnity.
